Chancel Choir

Mission

Our mission is to honor the Lord by giving him our best.  He deserves excellence! 

We praise God by lifting up our voices in song, through stringed instruments, the

organ, piano, cymbals, drums, horns and many a percussion instrument as a our

form of witnessing and bringing others closer to him.  It calls for those who enjoy

anthems, spirituals, hymns and songs of praise to our Heavenly Father. 
 

Services, Activities, and Program

    •  Sing at both services on the first Sunday of the month
    • Accompany the Pastor, on a rotational basis, to other churches for preaching engagements 
    • Prison Ministry Outreach; which includes: visiting Purdy and Monroe Prisons, up to twice a month.  In addition, we may participate in, or observe their worship service
    • Send prayer booklets, guides, and toiletry items to our troops in Iraq
